1. Job Title: Accountant
Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable;
- Provide a wide range of essential financial analysis to the company operations.
- Prepare, develop and analyse reports for decision making purposes.
- Awareness of the wider business environment in order to drive business growth.
- Control the cash flow position throughout the company, maintain the integrity of funds and other valuable documents
- Understand and approve client and vendors business legal contracts, statutory and tax obligations
- Communicate the company’s expected and actual performance using financial statement ratio analysis and other reporting tools.
- Support the company’s accounting and financial functions using job descriptions, policies, and procedures, and methods for automating document control.
- Ensure the maintenance of appropriate financial records, prepares required financial reports, insures audits are completed in time and statutory book closing occur.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all finance related functions.
- Supervise the budgeting process to ensure timely completion of the budget, undertake bi-annual budget review and securing Management’s approval for company annual budget.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Sc – Minimum qualification
- ICAN certification is a requirement
- Experience in Financial planning & analysis is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Insightful, can suggest and implement changes to improve individual and team processes, sales methodology and user experience.
- Master and maintain strong knowledge of market needs, competition and latest industry news and trends.

- This role seeks to meet ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- The Individual will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services;

- Follow-up for collection of payments;
- Implement the company’s marketing plans as required
- Collaboration and help define business approach with Sales Specialists in your team.
Skills & Qualifications

Job Description
- Architecting infrastructure solutions to migrate customer services to Microsoft Azure
- Take clear technology/domain/innovation ownership for hosting architecture on Descasio’s vendor cloud platforms
- Interface with client architects and cloud service providers to ensure that the defined solution is signed-off by all the stakeholders.
- Maintain Company IT standards, Architecture principles and Strategy, Roadmap and use cases.
- Travelling to visit potential clients
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers (P-Seller Program)
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Calculating client quotations
- Negotiating tender and contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Offering after-sales support services
- Administering client accounts
- Analysing costs and sales
- Preparing reports for head office
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Recording and maintaining client contact data

- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

- Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
Requirements
In depth understanding of Microsoft Azure & AWS IaaS, specifically:
- App Services, Azure SQL Database, SQL Server IaaS implementation, Availability sets, Azure Networking concepts, Express Route, DNS, Load Balancing, Storage
- Understanding about the challenges and considerations to be catered for while migrating applications from on-premise to Azure.
- Define solution architecture which meet availability, disaster recovery and availability requirements as specified by customer
- Knowledge of migrating applications to Cloud using Tools like AppZero, ASR etc will be nice to have.
- Fundamental knowledge of AWS is also required and understanding on how Azure IaaS v/s AWS IaaS compares to each other and conceptual knowledge of AWS RDS is desired.
- Fundamental knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is also required and understanding on how GCP IaaS v/s AWS and Azure IaaS compares to each other.
- Soft Skills such as writing Proposals and Presenting up to C-Levels is a must
- Preferably from Developer background (.net, Java)
- Microsoft Azure certifications desirable
- Extensive client facing skills and the ability to work independently.
