Vacant Positions.
We are recruiting to fill the following positions below in Lagos State:
1. Job Title: Civil Engineer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants must be a Civil Engineering graduate from a Federal University in Nigeria,
- Applicant must be a least a second class upper (2.1) graduate in civil/structural engineering with good knowledge of structural designs software in civil and structural engineering
- Applicants should 2 to 5 years’ experience in civil or structural engineering
- Applicants must be willing to travel and to work in a remote area of the country
- Applicants be must not be more than 30 years old.

- Applicants must be articulate and good writing/reporting skills will be an added advantage.
2. Job Title: Maintenance Officer
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants should possessed either OND/HND/BSC in related field
- Preferably applicant living around AJAH and its environs
- Applicants must have 2years and above relevant experience in maintenance of equipment and real estate maintenance
- Applicants must have knowledge of equipment maintenance and good knowledge store keeping will be an added advantage.

3. Job Title: Tender and Bids/Contract Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants must be a graduate of federal university in Nigeria in quantity surveying or related field
- Applicants must possessed minimum of 5 years’ experience in preparations of bids and tendering for construction works or projects

- Applicants must be articulate and good writing/reporting skills will be an added advantage
4. Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants should possessed either OND/HND/BSC in related field
- Applicants must have 2 years and above relevant experience in site and property (building) supervision
- Applicants must be willing to work in a new site and in a remote area with little or no supervision.

5. Job Title: Procurement Manager
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants must be a graduate in related field of the job role
- Applicants must possessed minimum of 7 years’ experience in purchases and supplies in Construction Company, High level of negotiation skills is required
- Applicant must be ready to work both on site and in the office

6. Job Title: Logistic Officer (Preferably a Female)
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Applicants should possessed either OND/HND/B.Sc in related field
- Applicants must be energetic and hardworking
- Applicants must be willing to work on a site
- Good recording keeping skills will be an added advantages.
- Applicants must possessed minimum of 7 years’ experience in purchases and supplies in Construction Company, High level of negotiation skills is required
- Applicant must be ready to work both on site and in the office

7. Job Title: Electrical Engineer

- Applicant should possessed minimum of 3 years experience in electrical engineering, practical knowledge of installations and general wiring will be an added advantages.
