1. Job Title: HR/ Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- We are recruiting for the role of a Human Resources and Administrative Manager for one of our clients based in Lagos state.
- The HR &Admin Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and administration of the human resources policies, procedures, benefits, compensation and staffing.
- In addition, the HR & Admin Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of the office facilities including office equipment and supplies, and act in liaison with suppliers regarding existing equipment and future equipment needs.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Core Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing human resources support to the firm and to its employees
- Managing human resources records and information for staff
- Updating and maintaining existing policies for staff positions;
- Employee recruitment, orientation, development, and training
- Oversee day to day work of administrative staff
- Co-ordinate staff meetings and social events
- Performance review and assessment of administrative staff positions
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Knowledge of existing and new legislative requirements, relevant to the firm’s work environment
- Assist the senior management with regulatory reporting requirements
- Ensure compliance with other regulatory reporting requirements
- Manage relationships with service providers, and office equipment suppliers including maintenance issues and concerns, and options upon renewal other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Firm.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Human Resources role
- Working knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Experience in the administration of benefits
- Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships of trust and confidence
- Strong organizational skills
Education and Experience
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources positions or equivalent experience
- Human Resources certification preferred, not required.
Remuneration
N150, 000 to N200, 000.
2. Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description

3. Job Title: Female Marketer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are in need of Female Marketers to help engage it’s High Network Clients with the products of the company.
- The qualified candidates will be located at the companies strategic located offices that enables her to meet and interact with the target market.
Requirements
- She must be fluent in English (additional languages will be an added advantage)
- She must be presentable and carry herself well
- She must have sales experience
- She must be strong willed and be able to follow up on clients
- She must have finished NYSC
- She must have at least B.Sc or HND
Remuneration
Salary is 120,000 Monthly and 5% commission on each sales made.
General Qualifications and Requirements.
Applicants applying for the Fifth Quadrant Performance Limited recruitment must possess any of the following.
- Possession of B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any discipline from a recognized institution
- Applicants must not be above 35 years old
- West African School Certificate (WASC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) with Credits in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or
- National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including English Language.)
- National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution. National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
- Must be a computer literate.
