We are recruiting to fill the position of:

1. Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description/Brief

  • We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as a Sales Manager.
  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.


  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status


  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Job Brief

Location: Nigeria

Job Description

  • To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Human Resources department as a HR Business Partner.
  • The HR Business Partner is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to our estate development projects, marketing and sales activities, creative department and the rest of the organization.
  • The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • Ability to support a business environment that is constantly evolving.
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

Basic Qualifications

  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years human resource business partner experience or blend between HR and operations
  • Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
  • Experience in call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency with HR related softwares.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM preferred
  • Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting 50-200 or more associates
