The authorities of Obafemi Awolowo University has shut down the school indefinitely following incessant protest by students.
However, the public Relations Officer of the institution has debunked that stating that the management only gave the students a mid-semester break.
But there are strong indications that the sudden break is the aftermath of the students’ protest which has lasted for some days now.
The students have been protesting the poor living conditions, epileptic water and power supply.
