Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology, OYSCHST admission application form for the 2021/2022 academic session is now on sale.

Authority of the Oyo State College of Health Science and Technology (Formally Oyo State School of Hygiene) Eleyele Ibadan, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission into its various programmes for the 2021/2022 academic session.

How to Apply for OYSCHST Admission.

  1. Applicant should pay application fee of seven thousand naira only (N 7,000.00) to OYSCOHSTEC FCMB Account No. 3123549017.
  2. Applicant should after payment for application do the following:
    1. Take the teller to Account Section to obtain payment receipt
    2. Collect scratch card with payment of N 1,500.00 (at Account Section)
    3. Go to cybercafé with 2 passport photographs and a copy of credential(s) to fill admission form on www.oyschst.com (cybercafé has their charges)
    4. Go to college account section with a copy of filled form to collect:
      •            College Brochure
      •            Past question booklet on payment of N 1,000.00.

HND in Public Health Nursing E. BNSC candidates from Universities outside Nigeria with evidence of verifcation of certificates and license by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. Candidates with BNSC certificate will start at HNDII Semester I. MAIN 28/06/16 02/08/16 05/09/16
HEALTH TECHNICIAN TRAINING Academically qualified Health Assistant who has been on the job for minimum of two years with 5 Credit passes O/L in WASC or NECO Exam. which includes Eng. Lang., Math., Biology, Physics and any Social Science subject TWO MAIN 28/06/16 02/08/16 05/09/16
HEALTH ASSISTANT TRAINING i. 5passes O/L in WASC or NECO Examination which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science, and any other two subjects. 3 out of the five subjects must be credit passes.ii. Candidates with lesser qualification but with working experience in the Health sector will be considered. TWO YEARS OKEHO 28/06/16 02/08/16 05/09/16
PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT A minimum of 3 Credits and 2 passes in any of the relevant subjects (i.e. English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science,  Chemistry or Physics and any other subject) at not more than two sittings.  THREE YEARS MAIN 28/06/16 03/08/16 05/09/16
DIPLOMA IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (HND) 5 Credit passes O/L in WASC or NECO Examination, which must include English Language, Chemistry, Biology or Health Science, Mathematics and Physics in not more than two sittings. NECO and WAEC results cannot be combined FOUR YEARS MAIN 29/06/16 04/08/16 05/09/16
DIPLOMA IN HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION 4 credit passes in GCE., SSCE,NECO or Grade II, to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science and any

one (1)  subject.

PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN WASC/NECO with at least 5passes which must include 4 credits in Eng. Biology or Health Science  & any two of the following:  Maths. Geo. Phy. Chem. & Agric in not more than two sittings. NECO and WAEC results cannot be combined. Holders of Environmental Health Assistant, Dental Surgery Assistants, Junior Community Health Extension Workers (JCHEW) and other related programmes with two years’ post qualification experience will be admitted at 200 level of the Environmental Health Technicians Diploma provided they fulfil the entry requirements.
